How It All Began...
The founder Dan Silverman started his journey two decades ago when he and his family left LA to build a life here in Middle Tennessee. He started as a local landlord, managing properties and learning the value of a good home.
Our Journey
Flipping houses taught Silverman how to revitalize neighborhoods for growing families. After several mentors and partnerships, managing partner Evan Lowitt and operations manager Nikki Collins joined the team in 2022. Now, Home Solutions has evolved into a business that develops beautiful communities and flexible rental options.
